The Gstaad Chocolate Shop was founded in 2022, building on the legendary local legacy of the Romang’s Chocolate Boutique and Charly’s Tea Room. Today our repertoire extends from the ever-popular classic such as Florentines, Almond Rocher and Orange Stabli to more innovative creations infused with international know-how and cosmopolitan tastes, such as our very unique Popcorn Praline Clusters, Chocolate-dipped Prussiens and Chocolate & Buckwheat Olive-oil Granola.
