Our range follows our unique, locally-developed recipes that combine mountain cream and honey and brown butter with top-of-the range Swiss chocolate. Our range of ganaches and pralines are all entirely handmade, and each flavour is a result of a long development process that combines each flavour with a unique chocolate in terms of the specific flavour profile of the beans as well as cocoa percentage. Our evergreen range is regularly complemented by seasonal flavours.

Our most exclusive specialty is our Alpine Truffle, made with summer double cream from Alpine pastures, organic mountain honey and a secret mix of our milk and dark chocolates. Creamy and fresh to an unparalleled level, this is an entirely unforgettable experience in chocolate, unique to the Swiss Alps and our fairy-tale surrounding.
